I am interested in recruiting PhD students and postdoctoral researchers working at the interface between microbial ecology, biogeochemistry, and Earth system modeling. More specifically, my research integrates microbial genomic data, eco-evolutionary theory, mechanistic modeling, and artificial intelligence to link microscopic processes to global climate dynamics.
